Yes, I believe if everything goes fine, you should have your PPR before that date.

I just checked my account & my BG is in NA. I might finally be moving to IP2. Think i was in Ip1 the whole time

Wow, it took some time from your AOR to MEP, but after that it was really quick. Ik it's with Ottawa but they didn't tell me the date. I emailed CPC email address, and they just said it's with CPC Ottawa for processing.

I will call them next week, I will let you know if I get any get updates.

Oh I see, that's why. Otherwise you would've get your PPR by july-aug.

which category did you apply under, CEC or FSW ? and file moving to ottawa is a good thing as it must have gone through a few checks.

And IP1 and IP2 are made up terms by us, CIC doesn't recognize these terms. Also keep in mind that different applications sometimes follow different workflows. Eligibility is an important check point in your file processing, criminality and background check doesn't take that much time. But if you are chosen for security screening then it will take longer for your application to be processed.

you are well within the stipulated 6 month time period, CIC has started with June applicants already for CEC ( assuming you are one ) and you should be getting updates sooner rather than later.

I am a CEC inland applicant. My file may have gone through additional security screening as IRCC requested an RCMP Criminal Record Check, which RCMP issued indicating no criminal history.

I remember seeing "Not Applicable" in my background check status but this was before I passed my medicals. As soon as I passed my medicals, status changed to "We are processing....".

I think they need a nudge from you on this. Have you tried calling them ? My AOR is May 31st , CEC inland. Got my PPR last Thursday.

Please call them and ask specifically what all has been completed on your file so far and what is pending ? where is your file currently and so forth. You should get a better idea from that actually.

Also ask them , what's the recommendation on your Eligibility ?

I called them and the representative over the phone told me that my eligibility is passed already (But my status is still same) and now it's in final Criminality background check (This I already know since medical pass on 3rd August). I asked him do CIC needs anything from me and he told nothing at the moment and then I asked him how long it will take ? He replied formally that it will be completed within 6 month.

You should get it this week, generally they have a bunch of PPR mails that come out on Tuesdays and Thursdays

No idea, I never ordered any. Ik mine is in cpc Ottawa.

I hope someone can answer your question here. I'm also curious to know.

Weird as im the only applicant & im sure we had to fill this information in at the beginning of the application. All good tho, happy to send over whatever
