I ve applied for sheridan college since 20 aug but i ve not recieved any offer letter till now when will i get my offer letter???

You need to contact the college directly nobody here can tell you and even they could it would just be a guess. Plus you should post in the international student section for future questions about study permits and colleges questions.

But how can i contact to them can u please tell me i m very tensed i m free since a year i dnt want to be free any more i want to continue my study as soon as possible ple

Look at their website and send them an email . It could be that they are simply not ready to confirm offers yet for the course you are applying for assume January start.
