I have applied for SOWP paper based on June 29th @ VFS, bangalore India ..NO update till now
Medicals upfront ...could anybody tell me how long is it still gonna take

Hid did your wife applied on the basis of spouse of PGWP holder (which is you ) ?

No, I didn't. What I would advise you is not to apply together. You could do what I did.

a. Applied for my permit.
b. When I got my permit, we applied for my wife Visitor Visa.
c. Applied for SOWP from inside Canada. That way I have my family with me, while we were waiting for visa results.

Thanks, this is a good suggestion. I cannot use it though, as my husband's visitor visa will definitely be refused. He had a few rejections already, I read his GCMS notes, it looks hopeless. Maybe other people in this forum will be able to take your route.

    I AM ON PGWP IN CANADA AFTER COMPLETING MY STUDIES, PRESENTLY WORKING WITH ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS UNDER NOC B CATAGORY JOB.
    I HAVE APPLIED MY WIFE SOWP FROM CANADA ON 16 AUGUST 2017,
    YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES YET.
    PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW MUCH MORE TIME IT WILL TAKEN FROM NOW.

    THE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED BY ME ARE
    1. MY PGWP VALID TILL MAR 2019..
    2. MY NAME HAS BEEN UPDATED IN MY WIFE PASSPORT , AS WELL HER LAST NAME CHANGED AND ADDRESS ON PASSPORT HAS ALSO CHANGED.
    3. BANK STATEMENT IN MY ACCOUNT IN CANADA I SHOWNED $15000.
    4. JOINT BANK ACCOUNT OF WIFE AND MINE SHOWNED 6 LAKH ( INCLUDING 3 LAKH FIXED DEPOSIT)
    5.PARENTS AND GRANDFATHER MONEY SHOWNED IS $1.3 MILLION CAN DOLLARS.
    6. LAST 3 YEARS INCOME TAX RETURNS OF MINE IN CANADA.
    7. LAST 3 MONTHS PAY STUB FROM CANADIAN PRESENT EMPLOYER.

Did you include letter of employer saying you have a full time position,the name of position, noc numer etc plus last 3 payment stubs? I just include those two documents for my husband open work permit, I sent paper on June 24 and received permit on september 25

yes , friend I have submitted submitted my job letter from my employer stating my job designation. salary and full time hours and also the start date of job till upto date. My job is also falls in telecommunication sales which is specifically mentioned in the job letter which subsequently fall under NOC B.

please help me , I have made my GC account and answered questions for OWP but the forms which are available for me which i need to upload does not show a place to upload any proof of relationship. Since my spouse is on SWP and I want to upload our marriage cert and pics. Where shall I upload?
