Dear Respected Members,

Request to kindly help me on the following issues in the Application Form.

Section G for the adult application : Addresses in the past 6 yrs immediately immediately before the date of application .

Tentative date for my application : 05-Oct-2017 (Question --> I need to provide the Addresses of place i lived in India / Canada from 04-Oct-2011 till 05-Oct-2017.

2nd Question : I went to India from Period 09-Nov-2016 to 10-mar-2017 ( Question --> Do i need to mention this in the Form.

Biographical Pages : I have three Passports and the latest one is issued in 2010 ( I only need to sent the Pages of this Passport only )

Section H : Work and Education History : I have worked several jobs in canada and some times i was having three jobs at a time. Do we need to mention every job even if we worked for 2/3 weeks.Sometimes i left a job and rejoined it later after 2 months do i mention left Job or since i rejoined it and no need to mention.

Minor Education : Since the Academic Year is from Sept - June ( Do i mention July as vacation or Pls Advice.

OK, I am not an expert by a long shot however, From what you are stating I would suggest the following course of action.
Question 1: Yes All Address, if the date for your addresses do not line up perfectly to the 6 year period, then report more than 6 years
Question 2: Did you live in India or was this a vacation? if you lived there, it's an address, if not it's an absence and list it as such.
Biographical Pages: Only the passport covering your application period is required
Work / Education: Yes, everything you did, leave no date gaps in your application.
Minor Education: not 100% sure about this one, All I can say is that IRCC does not like gaps in application dates, if there is a true gap then explain it. in a covering letter

If you had a permanent residence in Canada, that will be you address. Trip to India (depending on the reason) would be a trip mentioned in the e-Calculator with reasons. You can add a letter of explanation if you want to provide further information.

Yes all trips have to be mentioned.

Just what the check list asks for the Bio pages of the required passport. Doesnt matter how many you have, just send the required one.

Mention all jobs with everything.
