PCC is per country, CIC do not care about lived cities within the country..

That is simply not accurate. Some countries don't have central system and you have to get a PCC for each city or district you lived in. So, CIC do care about which city you lived in, otherwise, they wouldn't ask for it in address history.
hello, i request you to read the CIC page for PCC.. PCC is only required per country, if CIC found that an applicant is of any concern they will request additional info.. but generally one PCC per country..

Again, this is not true. The link you shared explicitly says that you need a PCC for each country OR TERRITORY you lived at for more than 6 months depending on your country. Please also check this post on reasons of rejection as there are so many cases were rejected due to not covering all addresses within the same country (for some countries).

TERRITORY means , not city within a country , a territory means an special administrative region or place like for example Hong Kong is a territory of China, and so Macau.. GOT IT! so you have provide PCC for HK and Macau , but not if you live in Shanghai and Beijing , you need separate PCC, just one for People Republic of China..

Entering address in Personal History is not same as providing PCC.. yes you have mention all address resided in last 10 years, but no need to provide PCC for each address in a country/ TERRITORY :)

Dont complicate things for people requesting info..

Again, you are discussing a different issue here. This is NOT the case for ALL countries. Some countries do NOT have centralized system and you will require PCC for each address you had. Some other countries mention the duration on the PCC and you have to get multiple PCC to cover ALL the past 10 years. So many applications have had their application rejected because of not providing PCCs for ALL addresses. Please search the forum or check the link I shared above.
do Bangladesh have such a system ? investigate..

But your answer is general and not specific to Bangladesh and future readers of the thread might be mislead so I had to mention that this is not true in general because that and this.
these are discussed enough in detail and many Senior members updated that PCC is ONLY by country,.
there may be outlier for some person to get rejected due to other unknown PCC reasons,
but PCC should be given for a country not for each CITY..

Clarification/PCC
PCC from Pakistan

again don't complicate and generalize for an outlier..
