Salaam - I'm from Lahore and working in Saudi Arabia. I'm keen to apply for Canadian immigration. Is there any option to get my bachelors degrees attested online or some other way without visiting Pakistan? I've also heard that I will need to get my matriculation and intermediate degrees attested from IBCC, can I have these done online? Or will I need to visit Pakistan?

Hi, unfortunately this cannot be done online. Actually you donot need HEC and matric / inter board attestations. You need to contact your university and send them the record request form with your IQAS registration number mentioned in it.
Your university will attest copies of your degrees and transcript and sign the record request form with their official stamp used for attestations.
These documents along with IQAS application form, checklist and your identity documents such as passport copies, ID card copies should be then sealed in university's official envelope and they should stamp the envelope seal.
This sealed envelope (donot open) will then be couriered by you using reputable courier services to IQAS directly.
IQAS are slow in issuing ECA, their average time for the valuation takes 8 to 12 weeks.
