Qualify under both 3/5 & 4/6! Now what?

What should people, who qualify under 3/5 after it comes effect and qualify under 4/6 during the days prior, do? Wait for the stampede or beat the traffic?

Why wait would be my vote but interested to see what others say.

No difference now, you can either submit right away under 4/6, let it sit in the mailroom for a month or two until AOR, or submit a few weeks later, let it sit in the mailroom for a month or two until AOR, either way it will be mixed with the 3/5 crowds

My view:

• IRCC employees are better trained processing C24 applicants, meaning faster results
• C24 software is stable, C6 would unstable for a few weeks
