Document validity time

hi, I have collected all relevant pappers for my childrens from school in July 2017 as to keep myself ready for 3/5 roles but 3/5 roles not in effect yet. Do you think I have to collect all the pappers again if 3/5 roles come in effect in late October or in November. Thanks

What papers? If you are talking about school records you are not supposed to provide it with the application. Kids need 2 piece of ID, birth certificate, photos, application form, fee, copies of bio pages, PR card copies etc. Nothing that needs time or will expire (if valid and available).

Provide only documents mentioned (that are applicable to you) in checklist.

If they require anything later during the process, like school records etc. probably updated version would be a better choice.
