Is that the only reason? Everybody gets this reason. Anything else written in your CAIPS.

Thats the only thing. Can you just tell me what should i add to make them believe otherwise?

If they are asking for family ties then write about the background of your family members, any property or family business you have.

@Helican I have a job offer from the firm my father works in for IT after i complete my undergrad education. Should i include that to show that i will return back home after completing my education? I am going to apply study permit for University of Waterloo for Computer Science so the field is relevant to the job i have been offered.

You should add that job offer latter to your profile .

Well that company is not quite popular but they are offering to pay 1.5 lac per month after a i graduate mainly because my father is their chief supervisor so it wouldn't be a problem right?

Not at all . You just attached that offer latter and explain these all details in your latter of explanation (which is usually attached to profile in 2nd attempt)
Also provide some property details to believe them that you will return to home country after completing your education.

Of course, you should. It will definitely add value to your profile. But be aware that a verification might also happen to see if the offer letter is valid so better to attach a business card of the person who has signed the letter. They might not call but when they will see the business card then they know that it is valid.
