Can I apply my immegrtion on humanitarian grounds.
I lived in Canada and study more then five years.
My new born baby is Canadian.
My baby needs my child support alougth me and wife are separated.
My back home is Pakistan and it's not a stable country for both economically and security wise.
I don't have any kind of criminal record or charges in Canada .
I do have some volunteer experience.

Hi how are you, you must understand that H &C has low approval rate and you have to convince them that you need to stay here

If you have studied in Canada why aren't you applying for PGWP? It will be unlikely that you will get approval due to H&C.

Canuck78 is right you have no ground for h&c because approval is low plus having a Canadian child does not matter

Not only H&C has low approval rate, also you have to prove that you are displaced by war or is facing imminent death and torture in your current situation. Just by living in a country with unstable political or security situation is no where near enough

Economics has no effect on H&C and if you are trying to seek economic migration, go with economic class immigration
