Hello everyone!!

I have submitted my application to OINP 23rd August and status change to assessment then AWAITING INFORMATION we submitted additional documents yesterday my query is how long does it takes to change status awaiting information to dip or what please if anyone any idea please let me know

I got PFL about one and half hour ago.



A Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree or an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that your foreign education is the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree. o Based on the results of your Educational Credential Assessment, your foreign education states that you currently have the Canadian equivalent of two diplomas and one graduate certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology. As such, you do not appear to meet the education requirement. You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to provide additional information or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria:  Provide any additional information or documentation to demonstrate that you have a degree that is equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree and have it verified by any authorized Educational Credential Assessment.


WHAT OTHER ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS CAN BE ADDED?

Guys,
I need help figuring out this PNP issue. I started my process over a year ago through a consultant. The whole WEC and IELTS bit took a while but then after I received my CRS score I haven't had any progress with the process. The draw is always over 433 and my score is nowhere close to that and I am not optimistic that it will ever come down to lower 400s after the recent reform. So, I asked the consultant to check the PNPs (needless to say, that I am having to tell them all the possible the options) but the PNPs are very seldom and I am not certain about the criteria. Could you guys please help me understand it better. I am very frustrated with this thing dragging out for this long. I understand it takes time but then I see candidates with lower CRS score get picked. What do you guys think I should do next? Thank you for your time guys and good luck.

Actually , there is no use of calling them as I called them twice last week and this week. Last week operator told me your application is in final stages and will get finalized shortly approximately end of next week means until 29th Sept. this week Tuesday again I called them and operator told me I can only see the status and if any missing correspondence only, also he told me that other all information is restricted for us , it's only view-able for the investigator officer. . and as usual same answer your file in final stages and thank for your patience ..blah blah..

My Oinp application is in DIP since 25 Aug and on 30 Sept it's completing 60 days.

I guess we just have to be patient. A decision will be made for sure, and it's only GOD who knows when.
My application is in DIP since August, 10. It's been 77 days now since I submitted my application, and I get the same response whenever I call or write them.

Hi, I find your case pretty weird since they were the one who sent the NOI. But based on this link, you need an equivalent of Bachelor's or above: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_WHO.html

I don't know if WES or any other providers of ECA is able to re-assess at such a short time. Maybe that's worth trying?

I know dude, this causes a lot of unwanted anxiety. Was there an ADR in your case?
