there is no way. if you call them, they say they have no such information. just wait. normally they return it after 2 months

Aug 16 is still within normal time, don't worry. But if it gets returned to you, if you call them depends on what stage they decided it should get returned they will tell you and give you info on it was returned and why. it depends on where you are in canada, it will take 1-2 weeks to receive your application in the mail from the day they return it.

Birth and marriage certificate

if you sent them the copy of birth and marriage certificates it is totally fine and they will not return your application unless for some countries they request original documents.

Canada post Xpress Post is one of the best way to send your documents, it takes only 2 working days within Canada to reach Mississauga office. If you are spouse is living outside Canada and you are living in Canada then you should send your application at:

How will you know if the Schedule A requested is successfully uploaded or received by IRCC? Are they going to email again? Thanks!

It's through the MyCIC profile. For me, the requests automatically showed up as soon as I linked. It shows up as a message in your account (and you also have to click "view this application" to view where to upload them) and any time you get a message in your account, you get an email notification letting you know there's a new message. If you click "view this application" and there's a spot where you can upload Schedule A and PPC, that means they've been requested.

Have you linked your apps?

Yeah I did and it worked on the first try using:
- applicant name + application number
- not entering place of birth
- entering all passport info
- 2 persons in application

thats the same address 2 Robert Speck is address name required if sending by courier, and BOX if sending by regular mail, non the less it all goes to the same place.

Medical request. Once CPC M has everything they will transfer the file to the respective visa office so they can begin to process it.

we have not received a medical request yet, they will be able to send them to the Vienna Office and I will receive a request from them
