so it means eligibility is not done at CIO? what i heard case analyst will review and put his recommendation and then case office at LVO will again review the eligibility, rest God knows. BTW what they check in the security?? as i was denied USA tourist visa 2 times but i did not mention it on my app, will that be a problem?

Yes you are right. They pretty much review the eglibility assessment at the LVO. I don’t think you need to be concerned with the US visa denials. Once you were denied based on grounds that are not security related for example insufficient ties to home country you will be good to go. You are really close to the last lap of this process.

Hey jesuscares, you seem to know a lot on this subject, was hoping you could help/relax me a little. I got my AOR literally 2 hours ago but quickly realised I'd uploaded the wrong PDF containing my PCC's, I raised a CSE and sent the proper one along with a very sad apology note, asking for it to replace the one I have on file - will this affect my application? Or do you think I'll be okay since I realised the mistake in a matter of hours?

You should be fine. Your medicals should be passed within two weeks based on FSW trend. CSEs have been taking a week to be proceesed recently so the new certificate should arrive in time time before CIC begins conducting their criminality check. I would suggest that you also follow up with CIC by calling them to inform them of the situation.

when i was in my home country i issued PCC but according to CIC it has to be issued after the last visit, there was a gap of few days in between issued and exit from my country. one question more, what are rejection chances after this stage? and usually how long it will take more until PPR?keeping in view the process of PNPN out lands?

you can request the police station to put the date exactly when you are leaving pakistan, for example you were in pakistan on march 27 and issue the certificate on the same day and you travel on 30th March, CIC will reject your app as there is 3 days gap, thats what i mean in my sentence, either you have to issue authority letter to some one to issue it while you are in KSA or you can request them put the date of issuance as the date of your leaving the country.

There is a situation that a friend got an AOR, and then he realised that there is a misspelling middle name in his wife's bachelor degree (it is Saied, but it is written Saeid), however he did not claim any points for her education.

Do he need to send an affidavit for this issue through CSE, or he should not bother?
