You should probably do it as soon as possible. Since you uploaded a new police certificate you will then be able to truly determine whether the case officer has factored in the new document for consideration into the criminality check and also what has happened to the old one. You are pretty much past the half mark so you should be able to see a fair share of details. I should mention that it takes 31 days for the GCMS notes to be received after the order. Also you should ask your friend specifically when did they receive the refusal after the AOR was issued to them. Do you mind me asking when did you get your UCI number issued? Did it appear after the medical passing?

they already received my PCC and its attached to my application. the day when my medical was cleared UCI was also allotted to my application.

I completely forgot that you are an outland applicant! Unfortunately in order to receive GCMS notes you need to be residing Canada or have someone in Canada order them on your behalf.

thank you so much but i recently found out that there are some 3rd party sites for ordering GCMS notes, however there fees is 20$. i am planning to place my oder this week and inshallah will receive it by the end of the month.

Ok great! I don't think you have anything to worry about though. It seems as if they have received the certificate and they will be using it to process your criminality checks. I think you are Canada bound soon!

Ok. Did by any chance through the process when you uploaded the documents did the status get changed from the additional documents you provided were uploaded to are being reviewed?

yes it was changed to uploaded and its still the same

I raised cse.

The next day I received email in junk box saying that they have received my documents and forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration. And the office will contact me if any further information needed.

Is that the reply that took over a month to reach you guys or is it a different email reply.?!?!

That is great news! It means that the criminality checks were passed with the updated police certificate you provided. They will now conduct the eligibility assessments and security at the London visa office to verify whether the information you provided in your application makes you qualify for the program i.e PNP you applied under. I was told yesterday that my application is still in the criminal check phase. I wasn’t given any indication of when they were going to finish so I have to wait patiently plus for me it is still early in the game!

so it means eligibility is not done at CIO? what i heard case analyst will review and put his recommendation and then case office at LVO will again review the eligibility, rest God knows. BTW what they check in the security?? as i was denied USA tourist visa 2 times but i did not mention it on my app, will that be a problem?
