UPS says it needs a phone number for CPC to deliver the package? Please help.

So i got PPR request last week. Filled out the form, sent the package with the customs form filled out.

Tracking today. UPS shows they need a contact number for the package to be delivered, for completion of importing formalitites.


UPDATE: So figured out that there was an issue with the customs because of some basic stupid on my part maybe.

So according to the UPS importing policy/Canada Customs policy any shipment over $20 needs a broker/ importer. I put the value of my passports as $500. Considering they loose it and I have to get new passports made.

Just a suggestion, check if you need to provide your number if they need any payments for custom duties.
