Hi seniors this is my third post i am April 2016 applicant and I received ppr,medical and pcc on 31 may and everything done on June 20 and the last line is medical received. It's 3 months now no news I call the number so it says we are processing your background.and my passport is also there from june

What do you mean your passport is already there? Did they ask for your passport in interview?

Hey guys. Just a quick question. My file was transferred to London a few days ago, and apparently now it says, they have started processing my application. What does that mean? Have they started the background check?

They send medical request passport request and pcc together on 31 may and my interview was done in December 2016.

Background checks are the last step, and for some people it takes a few months so you cant do anything at the moment. BGC are done by 3rd aprty agencies and out of CIC control.

After file is transferred, the will conduct eligibility reviews first and then background checks. Link your application to the mycic account and u can see updates over there.
