I have some questions related to the application form IMM1294 (study permit), I am going to study in Quebec City:

In Languages section:
b) are you able to communicate in English and/or French? I know little French so should I choose only English!
d) have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to access your proficiency in English or French? I have taken the "academic" IELTS test so should I choose YES or No

In details of the intended study in Canada:
1-(d) address of school in Canada, in the province, there is a list contains numbers but I don't know which one for Quebec or I should write it
(4) I know that this question has been asked several times before, but my acceptance letter indicates the tuition and cost of living for one year and my Ph.D. will last for 4 years, so should I only write the fees of the first year
(5) Funds available for my stay: I have 13000 CAD in my bank account and 24000 CAD /year from my advisor so can I write the total 37000 CAD although my acceptance letter only states that the funding from my advisor without mentioning the amount.

In the education section:
1) I will obtain my master degree next month, so should I write it or only my Bachelor degree and mention the MSc in the employment section.

Thanks in advance.
