CAQ refusal

Hello friends, my application for CAQ has been refused about two months ago. I was informed about refusal on call when i asked about the status of my application. Staff member told me that it is refused. But, i did not receive refusal letter yet. May i reapply for CAQ without refusal letter? Please guide me to the next steps...

I also got rejected for fall 2017 so I applied again for witer 2018 and got my CAQ. Be sure, you should provide them complete documents so no chances of Rejection. Best of luck.

They are not giving refusal letter nowadays. you have to order caips report to see the rejection reason.

It is actually a report where the officer will write all the reasons why he is rejecting you. there are few companies who can get that report for you. Out of them, caipsgcms.com is best service and cheaper.

Alright and thanks for help. But i think, it use for visa application, not for CAQ application. Am i right?

it is for CAQ also. If you have a application # then you can apply for CAIPS.

Hello, do you have any idea if my CAQ can be rejected because of my photo size?
They ask for passport photo size, which I sent of course but it was not 35*45. It was 50*50, it is the passport size in my country.

its possible for sure but thats a very minor issue. unless maybe the photo really cannot be edited then yea

i did send in an incorrect photo for i didnt know there was a requirement that it be taken within 6 months. so i used the same photo i used for my passport which meant that the photo was over a year old but it was accepted nevertheless
