Case Specific Enquiry - How long does it take to get a response?

i raised a CSE and after 2 days my profile update with "Review of Additional documents – The additional documents you provided have been uploaded”, what does it mean they already receive my docs? when i raised a CSE, i spoke to the customer service also on the same and according to the customer service agent he put a note on my application regarding my CSE, as i request him to avoid any rejection help me.
what do you think they receive my docs and attached to my app?
When did you raised your cse ?
Because in my case i raised mine on 22 july .after one week my status was saying the additional documents you provided have recieved but i called agent she said we did not recieve anything yet.
So right now its taking atleast 30 days
i raised CSE on August 3, 2017 and on August 5, status of my profile change to uploaded, so i am really confuse if they receive my docs or what?
actually after an hour of raising CSE i spoke to customer service, they told me that no CSE until this movement, i request for help to avoid any refusal, he put me on hold for a while and then told me that he put remarks on my file about CSE. on the 2nd day the status change, so i hope so that docs reach to my file

I have sent a scan copy of renewal passport and old passport along with cover letter through IRCC webform to CIC on 4th July as update information of my passport. Yet now no news from CIC. i.e no acknowledgement of receive of CSE.
How can I understand they have updated my file.

You should call them and ask .
I sent mine on july 22 and i got reply on 14 august that it has updated to my file .

This phone no is applicable only inside Canada? I am leaving outside of canada. Please suggest.

I submitted my application on 4th Nov, 2017. I forgot to attach my degree. I just attached WES and IELTS report. I uploaded degree on 7th Nov; through Case specific Enquiry (CSE). Pls suggest if this would work and they will attach it to my application? or what else should i do?

I didn't know anything till now. I only received the Email from IRCC to confirm the reception, but nothing of saying they have uploaded my files. What should I do now? It's been couple months already.
