Original Divorce Document / Scanned Copy ??

I need Help!! IRCC has asked to submit PA 's Divorce Document by webform or link account or by Mail .

I intend to send by courier , but am hesitating to send the original.

Can I send a scanned copy instead ?
I am unable to link my account as yet since I have cancelled my representative & it has not yet gone through.

If they gave you the option to upload by webform, then they don't need the original. Send a copy.
