If I request for a revaluation can the original TRF reference be given in the express entry in the meantime or will I have to wait for recheck result and then apply with the new TRF
Yes, it can be used and if your score changed you will need to explain that if you received an ITA. But the question is, what is your current CRS and do you really need the re-evaluation?

During the period of remarking, the test results are locked, and cannot be used to apply to universities or be sent to an immigration office. Any extra TRF application lodged during this period will be disregarded."
Obviously, one could go ahead and use the TRF number, but IF one should receive an ITA then that TRF number becomes locked and IRCC will directly cross check result with IELTS. Shouldn't be a problem at all if Remarking comes back with score unchanged, but if your score changes then it could be a source of unnecessary trouble. I wouldn't recommend it.
