pls under the supplementary information for your travels. What extra sheet do i need to add to list all my trips for the past 10 years. I do not know how to complete this part. Thanks
Just create a table in exel or word, fill it in with your travels, make pdf out of it, print, scan and marge it in one PDF with the first page which you have to print and scan aswell. And done. This is what I did.
