Hi Everyone,

When i checked my CRS with the tool on CIC site, I got 404 (Single, 23 yrs, 4 yrs bachelor's degree, CLB 9, 2 yrs work experience as Developer in IT sector - NOC 2174/2175). would you suggest me to apply or wait until i complete 3 yrs of work experience which would make my CRS - 429. Because as per my interactions, most of them tell that the number of invites would decrease post 2017. I have a blood related uncle at Canada who is a PR too. Would it help my chances in any way? My current and previous job roles are constituted in NOC 2174 as well as 2175. Which among the two do i choose and on what basis? Kindly guide me on PNP programs too. Do i need to utilize an Attorney or consultancy for filing into Express Entry? Thanks In Advance.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Your uncle only helps your eligibility under the FSW program, no CRS points will be granted.

Chose the NOC which best fits your duties and responsibilities.

If you're willing to put the effort you can do the whole process on your own.

Creating an EE profile would not harm in any way. If by chance the score falls below 404 (not happened so far but who knows) you could get lucky. If not the system will auto calculate you score when u finish three yrs so u will still be in the pool. One thing to note though is that EE profile expires after a year. You will just have to create it again if u don't get ITA till then.

Choosing the noc is less about the title and more about the role. So go thru their descriptions and see what you could best provide documentation for.

You don't need an attorney if u don't have any legal issues um and have the time to invest in research and doing thing yourself. The process is time consuming lengthy but pretty straightforward and all the answers are here on this forum
