Complete your educational assessment through WES. Then insert the value which WES provides for your 4-year course.

I absolutely have no idea about how you missed the WES procedure. Educational Assessment (WES) and Language Proficiency (IELTS) are two of the basic steps to Canada Immigration. We are here to help new comers like you, but really it isn't quite healthy on your part to be lazy and be spoon-fed often. Complete reading all the sticky notes available here in the forum.
