I want to share this email with those who may be in the same situation as mine. The is the reply I got from Ontario concerning my application which has exceeded 60 days.

Honestly I think this is stupid as they say that applications are processed in the order they are received, and I guess this is a big lie because I saw application submitted in late 15 and 20 days after mine and that got approved.
When I call to ask about my application they say that it looks fine as there was no request for additional document or whatsoever.
Please share your thoughts.

I called them last night as well and they told me exactly the same thing that, your application looks fine and no additional documents have been requested n bla bla. They always say that it is the surge of applications due to which processing times have been exceeded.
I talked to him about the remaining nominations and he answered that, in a worst case scenario, if you dont get nomination this year, then you will be one of the first ones to get it next year.
And i agree that there is absolutely no pattern with which files are being processed. People submitted days after me have been approved but, i , like many others here, have been made to wait, for God knows whatever reason.

Don't worry.
I noticed in this long wait that they do the nominations in waves.
If you don't receive it this week, then next week you surely will.

I explain myself, they seem to go from oldest to newest AORs and skip some candidates, then go back from oldest to newest again, and so on. It's only a matter of time until they nominate everyone.

NA2 already? That surprisingly fast, considering PNP processing is usually slower than FSW/FST/CEC processing. You should get RPRF request anytime, if you have paid the RPRF in advance the next step is BG check, then PPR. NA2 means your completeness is already done, now your eligibility is being checked.

I have finally received confirmation and Clarification on Targets from Government of Canada. They set targets from Jan-Dec and quota for PN are also renewed at 1st Jan each year. However, Provinces distribute Nominations with their own needs and can decide when to start and stop.

IRCC target for Economic applicants through EE is approx 90,000 from which they have already invited 66,015 till 6th September. It is estimated that they will issue about 23K-24K more ITA with 8 more draws including today's draw (if any). So this means we may see 1 more draw on Sep, 2 on Oct, 2 on Nov & Dec, with one extra draw in either Nov and Dec. Therefore, ITA is expected to stay below 3,000 until the end of this year.

For PNP target is 51,000 out of which 28,800 PR are already issued and about 10,000 PNP applications are in the queue at each point of the year as compared to 7,900 files for FSW workers. This results in FSW analyst to handle about 41 applications at a time whereas each PNP analyst has to decide 76 files at a time. This can be the reality for PNP eligibility test taking more time than FSW.

There are in total 144,000 applications received till June for PR whereas about 120-130 K applications are in the queue to be processed. To complete this gigantic task CIC have only 444 analysts do that.

There is a lot more data to analyze but it can take several days to arrange them in a presentable way.

However, any idea about the total OINP applications received ?? if those were more than 6000 , then it really is a worrying sign for people, still in DIP and waiting for nomination very anxiously.

Nice work done Bill . THANKS .. Now the only question still have in mind is ... Do they start accepting applications for the upcoming year in advance like in the month of Nov-Dec every year if they went full with any years quota of intake ? This will further give some sigh of relief to all such aspirants who have got NOI that is getting expired in DEC like mine ?

Unfortunately, CIC doesn't share or hold data for PNP for each province and they have said they can't provide that due to this.

This will further give some sigh of relief to all such aspirants who have got NOI that is getting expired in DEC like mine ?

Quotas are renewed at 1st Jan and therefore, each province is required to design process taking these deadlines in account.

CIC on the other hand doesn't have a quota system so even if target is met they will keep processing applications including for PNP.
