Help - Work on implied status ???

HI everyone

I came to Canada as a visitor, then i became a student, and already graduated. I send an application for Post Graduation student work permit, which i am going to get the results by middle of December (2017). Starting this October i will become Implied status, due to the fact that my student visa ends this month.

Big question, Can i still work as implied status until i get the results from my application sent to immigration? Thank you

First and Foremost, I would like to congratulate you on your graduation. Now going over your question, "Yes" you can work on your implied status.However, you should have applied your post grad work permit within three months of graduating. Also, as per law, you need a valid study permit visa while applying to the pgwp. If you did these two prerequisites, you can work as a full time individual legally.

Thanks for the answer. I did apply at the end of August, and my student visa ends this month. October, November and a big portion of December i will be waiting for CIC approval or not. Concern is that, in no time my student visa will not be valid, and will enter the Implied status. Can i still work?
