Shortlisting Universities for MS in Mechanical Engineering

Finally i am done::

Btech CGPA== 8.04 (80% acc to my college)
12th:: 96%
10th:: 98%
IELTS:: 6.5 bands (none less than 6)

Help me in shortlisting :: A few safe univ. Few ambitious.
Please only people from Engineering Background (Mechanical Preferably) reply..

If you want to do an MS - I would very strongly recommend that you re-write IELTS and score a minimum of 6.5 in each of the four categories. For Masters programs, CIC likes to see no scores below 6.5.

As for schools, I would recommend Waterloo and U of T.

i have 6.5 in all. No problem with that... I just wanted to know a few univ that i am likely to get into. Can you mention some safe univ. The ones you mentioned are really ambitious ones.. Thank you
