I am CEC Inland. Sent my first email to Ottawa in July- got the same standard reply
sent another email in September - got the same standard reply

I wonder how long would it take if that's the final stage.

Okay, as far as I know, all applications first go to CIO Sydney before they are sent to CPCs or LVOs due to load distribution. Since you've been getting the same email from Ottawa since July then your application has been there since then. It seems more CEC inland applicants have recently begun to receive their PPRs, if you've not had any ADR yet, you're probably okay and are likely to receive yours in the not too distant future though we can only guess since we don't work in CIC, lol
What's your BG check status?

Guys I have a question,

I have already email CPC-Ottawa twice and got the same standard reply both times. They say that my file is at their office. So my question is, Is that Ottawa office the final place where applications get approved or would it be transferred to some LVO.

We have also emailed them second time today and ordered GCMS notes few days ago. I am not sure about Ottawa office being a final place, since most of inland applicants are processed in Ottawa office. It is very probable that due to workload they can send the application to other offices

I do submitted an additional document. And the ADR now is "We do not need additional document"

BG changed from " We will email you when the BG check starts" to "NA". I guess its IP1.

But the weird part is I still haven't passed my medicals yet. I wonder whats wrong. P.S - I have no health problem. Should I call my physician and ask him if he uploaded my results to the CIC?

Nobody knows for sure the answer to that question, it could be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 months or more (seen on Immitracker) hopefully ours will be much closer to the first option than the second horrific option as I recently also went into IP2.

I am 124 days post-AOR and stuck in NA2 since the end of June. Anyone with a similar situation? Everybody's files seem to be moving a lot faster. The only change I had in my acc was No additional docs needed around a month ago. I am so tired of checking myCIC everyday, hoping for IP2.

Usually, Ottawa finalizes the applications.
However, there is always a chance they might send your file to Etobicoke for further investigation (if you are an inland applicant).

I called CIC and the agent says sometimes the officers work on stuff other than medicals which is why its delayed.

I suspect like the agent says they may have your medical report but have not reviewed it yet for whatever reason. But for your peace of mind, you can call or email your physician and ask if they sent your report, I don't see the harm in that.

Unfortunately I don't know much about interpreting GCMS notes, as I have never ordered them myself, but you can post your question in the thread with link below and you're likely to get some help there and you can specifically ask @legalfalcon in that thread as he seems quite knowledgeable on the subject.
