Can I sponsor my child even if my father did not included them when he applied us. Because i got pregnant when we still waiting our paper which is on process and after I gave birth we got letter from immigration for medical exam

If you landed as a PR after giving birth but did not add the child to the PR app, then no, you can't sponsor your child; s/he is forever excluded from the Family Class. Also note that if you failed to add the child, you and your father have committed misrepresentation, immigration fraud.
So to confirm, you already did your official PR landing in Canada and at that point the child was born and not included in the app, nor did the baby do a medical exam??
If this is the case, then as mentioned above this would be misrepresentation and as a result the child can never be sponsored.
Or if you are still going through the application process or have visas but did not land in Canada yet, then you must inform the visa office immediately do add the child to your application.
If the child was not declared, then at a minimum the application will be rejected.
IRCC may then proceed with investigating your own misrepresentation, or they may not.
Although if you can never sponsor your child to Canada, do you really still want to live here as a PR without them?
