Hello, I had applied in June. Got rejected yesterday. Already have LOA for Jan. I need advice from seniors. if I apply for caips on Monday, then will I get it before oct 20th??? After that I am thinking to then apply for visa by Nov 1st. Is this the right approach?? All suggesting that I should not apply again without caips but will it be too late for visa???. Please suggest....

Firstly, if you want to apply for Jan, you need to know why you got rejected and how to improve it. There is no point applying with same docs, you will get rejected again. Secondly, you have to submit your application before dec 1st. After that they will not accept anything which means you still have some time. They don't give visa to everybody who will apply first. This is not a race. They are not distributing visa on first come first serve basis. For sept intake, so many people got visa after the colleges started which means the visa officer will still check your file even if you submit late. You will still be a winner if you get the visa late. Once, you have the visa, you can always defer to May intake. I always tell people that going to Canada should be the main focus. Does not matter which intake. Your approach is correct. Go for caips and all the best!

I don't know about less than 30 days but try caipsgcms.com. They are very popular and professional. I got mine in exactly 30 days.

Hi Helican ,
Great Hear about ur success ... I need your help now ....

My Visa got refused for Sep 2017 intake .I applied for CAIPS & awaiting the details . But i am identifying my own mistakes what i did in 1st attempt .
1) Opted for a lower course from my current studies . i am a double graduate & as an insane i opted for a 1 year diploma course ... which was related to my current work profile though !!!
2) Didn't attach my employer NOC for the approved leave & joining back date confirmation also .
3) Didn't attach my resume for the support of my selected course .
3) And wrote a pathetic SOP .. which i realized after getting the refusal ..

Now i need help in applying under General category ... Can you please tell me what are the documents requirement under this category ..
And what is the difference between a cover letter and a SOP ..

Awaiting for early reply . Help Help ....

Regards ,
Ayesha Sultana

Never heard abt a cover letter so not sure what that is. You don't need to attach a resume. Try for masters. PG diploma is also ok but you need to explain that you didn't find a masters for that course that's why you are doing the PG diploma. If your employer can give a NOC then nothing like it.

Hello everyone, I submitted my application on 26th July for September intake and got rejected on the grounds of poor language ability. I have overall 7.5 bands. I know they are lying as they didn't get time to check my file and stated whatever reason they could think of. I applied under non spp category. The question I want to ask is, that when I reapply do I send all documents again? If yes, then should those documents be updated to the latest date? For example we need salary slips for the last 3 months so I showed for Feb, March and April as I applied for September. Now for January do I need fresh slips or fresh medical? Please help.
Thanks.

Can you provide scores of each band in IELTS?

all scores are good.. it cant be rejected for language ability unless the visa officer is trying to say somrthing. Just ensure you read everything properly.

I do understand what you mean to say. Along with my language abilities the officer has cited my lack of travel history and my weak home ties that don't qualify me as a temporary resident but as a permanent one. I am thinking my file was submitted too close to the August 01 deadline. Also, till 2nd September even my medical wasn't updated. These guys opened the file late or maybe gave it little importance as it was late and non spp. That is what I am thinking. Can you also try to shed light on the re aplication part that I mentioned in my original question? That would be really handy for me.
Thanks Helican!

Yes, submit the same docs. Write a separate letter that your ielts marks are all good and there should be no reason to reject you.
