WES wrong status

Dear Experts,
I just paid the fee to WES. Its saying "We received all your required documents. We are reviewing your documents". I didn't send anything until now.

Is it normal everyone ?? or do I have to contact WES ??

Please contact them over phone. 9 AM (Toronto time) or thereabouts usually has a wait time of about 15 minutes, but they do pick up. At this stage, status should be Pending, we are waiting for your documents.

It's probably a system glitch of sorts, but you don't want to risk them accidentally having linked someone else's files to your case.
