Absolutely right.. This month people pending MR should get MR and people awaiting PPR should get PPR.

Generally gentlemen get late Visa.
If u r getting late in receiving the Visa, it means u r a thorough gentle person.

AOR has been received . So there is nothing to worry about. Yes. Sometimes they do not give notice about FT. Send a query through CSE to both. IRCC AND NDVO

Visa quota is not yet filled for 2017. A man got a PPR yesterday from LVO for NS. We can get the PPR at any time.
