Hi guys. Still wondering yung update sa gckey ko is nasa final decision na pero ang nakalagay is in progress pa din. Possible kaya na ppr na yun?

Dba may Background Check na row, ang naka lagay "Your application is in progress. We will send you message when we start your background check."
Tapos may bagong update po naka lagay sa baba ng background check is Final Decision pero ang nakalagay sa description is "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."
Ba't ganun sis? Di nagchange yung sa background check after update???

Single Mom ako and i have a cert of abandonment s dswd . Wala po kong nasubmit ng imm5604 for th reason n wala ako whereabts ng biological dad ng anak ko. I have a solo parent id rin which im carrying for several yrs .. tanong ko lng in lieu of imm 5604 pwede n kya ito ?

Yes po. In addition magexecute po kayo ng affidavit stating na kayo yung sole parent na nagalaga and nagexercise ng parental authority over your child. And ask a lawyer to also execute one stating na nagpatulong ka sa kanya to locate yun dad but hindi nyo talaga mahanap. As much as possible, present all the evidence you can gather to prove na wala ka na talagang communication with the dad. Also write an explanation letter narrating kung ano nangyari as in simula nung nabuntis ka and afterwards. What step ka na po sa application mo if I may ask?

Thank you sa advice . Tapos na po kami s medical nung Sept 8 . Waiting n lng ng instruction uli from MVO kung ano pa need nila . In process bklagay s gckey . D p rin nagstart ng BGC . Sana nga makalusot ung case namin .
