working on part time studies?

Hello friends,
I came in Jan 2017. M enrolled in computer programming but in my first semester I failed to pass one subject which was pre request for my second semester... because of that I had to no pre request subjects in my second sem...because the subject in which I was failed was available in sep..now m only enrolled in that subject in which I was failed in jan...which is imp to continue my second in Jan 2018.. so this one subject makes me part time student...my question is am I allowed to work..cos my part time status is due unavailability of sub in college..???

No - you cannot work off campus. Working off campus would be illegal since you are only a part time student.

Thanx for your reply..actually on Dec 15 i will finish my part time studies and my christmas break will start probably it will last for twenty four days after which i will be full time student from jan so am i allowed to work in that break

You'll be able to work once you start your full time studies again in January.
