I know....
Imagine how people are making a living out of simple things...
The fee structure is like this: $ 550 for initial assessment and Creating profile.
$ 5000 after ITA.(single applicant)
$7000 for a family of 3.
$€¥£...., it's Money Baby...
Maybe we should start a lower cost, higher quality immigration consultancy when we get to Canada. It would offer true consulting services where clients can come to us with questions but they take care of their own filings. If some really want us to handle the filings, then we would charge an extra fee but always provide quality service. Maybe give discounts to those who dine at our restaurant a certain number of times. And vice versa - buy one of @andieangel's cakes and get 10% off a consultation. High quality, affordable immigration consulting services by real immigrants who went through the process themselves. @lino82 @iamxty

What's your NOC code? You might want to consider Nova Scotia and New Brunswick as well:
https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/

New Brunswick is taking workers in the NOC codes listed here
http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating/content/HowToImmigrate/NBProvincialNomineeProgram.html
who have also attended an info session.
There are info sessions coming up listed here. Unfortunately for me, there are none in the US, but they seem to be adding more sessions:

Sounds like 1212 could work for you. You might also want to see if 0122 Banking, credit and other investment managers could be a better match. The duties you listed in your other post sound a bit like those of a banking operations manager:
http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=0&val1=0122&ver=11&_ga=2.8878453.1952041957.1496345244-1231948166.1489893488
Thanks @trumprefugee.

in 0122 i have the title (assistant operations manager), but around 3-4 duties i am not doing. so is it okey to go for 0122 instead of 1212?

Nova Scotia Category B, which is currently closed but is speculated to reopen again soon for a short period of time, does not require job offer. The last time it opened was for a few hours early in July.

The New Brunswick program I mentioned in my previous post also does not require job offer, but it does require you to be in one of the NOC codes listed and to have attended an info session.

Of the 17 bullet points in the description for 0122, there are only 3-4 duties that you do not do? Then that NOC code should be a good fit for your job. Look both 0122 and 1212 over again and choose the one that you think describes your day to day activities better.

I've heard a lot of people say their immigration consultants ended up being useless. Immigration lawyers might be better, but immigration law is generally not one of the more desirable fields for lawyers, so many who do practice immigration law either are not very good or are generating a very small share of their overall revenue from their immigration clients and therefore not paying a lot of attention to their immigration clients. Feel free to post here when you have more questions. Many people here are significantly more helpful than the immigration consultants and some lawyers.

No bro. from the duties given under "Banking managers perform some or all of the following duties", i cant provide for 3-4. Credit managers section does not belong to me. :(

I think its better to go for 1212.
