No I didn't get offer letter yet, BTW something's changed on my uozone file, it's showing 'Last Update: 2017-08-16' under the 'Status: Under Evaluation ' Is it the same with everyone?
I did send an email on Monday I got the same copy paste reply. Don't know when we will get the response I don't expect them to give any offer letter before October 22nd week.
Same reply ?? Can you please send what exactly they sent ?
And what is your profile, may i know please?

Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that due to the very high volume of applications received this year, it has taken us longer to evaluate all applications. On top of that, the admission committee needed to complete their admission cycle for the Fall 2017 session before they could completely start the Winter 2018 admission cycle. Unfortunately, since the admission committee has to review each applications one by one, we do not have an exact timeline as to when we will have a decision.
Once a decision is made, you will be notified by e-mail.
Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

I also used to get the same reply for the reminder emails.
But on Tuesday my status changes to 'refused'.
I had also applied for Meng in mechanical engineering for January 2018 intake.
Btech 78%
HSC 81%
SSC 83%
Ielts 7
Is there anything i can do about that ?

And when did you apply ?
What did you ask them ? Ask them to tell the status of your application (mention candidate number) May be it could help
did u ask for the reason of refusal? i have hooked up frnds with 60 percent in btech.
Its strange how he got rejected with such a good grades do anyone know what actually ottawa is looking for
