Hi,

Has anyone had any experiences with using the IRCC form? Just wondering how long it has usually taken to get a response?

Generally 4 weeks, depending on the visa office
If it's soemthing important or urgent, you can contact your MP and have them enquire for you. That usually takes a week or less.

How to send an urgent email to the respective Visa Office?

No not to the visa office, you can only send a specifc enquiry to CIC. But you can call or take an appointment with your spouse's local MP in canada. They can help contact the visa office and ask your question.

I emailed LVO and asked if they received my RPRF receipt it will be a month since I sent the receipt to LVO no response or acknowledgement. I'm worried because due date is Sept 18.

They probably received it. They sometimes don't answer back for things like that. It even says on their website that they will not answer if you are still within processing time. I am sure they received it. You can always order notes to see if they did receive it.

I hope so .. but how come they don't update our gckey additional documents status. Still sayswe need more documents to continue the processing. Make me anxious:(

haha dont worry about that, ours wasn't update for a whole year. Its not very reliable. The most reliable thing were the notes to be honest.

Hello, may I ask, is it also possible to ask MP's help even if you have a representative or lawyer? What are the information that the MPs may need in order to help you with your application status? Thank you!

Yes, MPs can help you even in the presence of a representative. Just call your local MP and make an appointment. They will tell you what to bring and will open a file for you. After that they can contact the embassy/CIC to check your status.
