ITA received, have a question, please suggest

Hi Everyone,

I recently got an ITA invitation, however there was a change in WES evaluation report for my spouse.

Initially WES completed evaluation for my wife on August 29th 2017 and when we entered in to express entry profile(EEP) we gave this date with the report number in EEP. We got ITA in few days after we submitted the EEP

However as WES mis-spelt my wife's name on WES report that was completed on Aug 29th they corrected it and sent us a revised report dated September 8th 2017 (they kept the WES number same on the latest report as previous one, however they changed the date on the new report to Sep 8th 2017) but this was sent after we received ITA.

Also they mentioned this is revised evaluation report and in the evaluation report body they mentioned "Original evaluation was completed on August 29th 2017"

Will this be a problem if we go forward and submit the documentation proofs as a response to the ITA we received as the EEP states the WES evaluation for my wife was completed on August 29th 2017 but the revised report has the September 8th 2017 as the date on it?

Should i have to decline this ITA and wait for next draw? ( I have a EE score of 445)

Mine was my date of birth but I got it back before my ITA. I think it will not be a problem just attach the two with LOE but if you are not comfortable with that you can decline it. You have a very good score.

Do not decline it....
1. You Just need to write a LoE ...
explain clearly what has happened and as wes already has mentioned original report date as 29th you are safe.
Attach the old & new report alongwith the LoE as single file.

an application is rejected if eligibility is not met at the time of ita & eAPR / or if a misrepresentation materially has affected your score to secure an ita which otherwise you wouldn't have recieved ...here nothing has happened...
write an LoE and you must be alright ...
Also you may take second views from legalfalcon or billhyatt or tanaka

Thanks folks for your advice
