Can both my reference letters have almost the same description

Hi,

So I have two reference letters from two companies for almost the same job. Since both managers in the companies just asked me to write the letters and send it for approval. My question is here, to minimize chances of rejection or any excuse from the officer that will look at my papers, can I have both reference letter have the same points but slightly different wording?

I did something similar, but try to differentiate those two reference letters so that it doesn't look like it's coming from you.

yes . you cover all points in both reference letter with different wording . But add some additional points in current company's reference letter .

Do we need to show reference letters from all past organizations?

I left a company 4 years ago and dont have touch with almost anybody there? My then manager has too left that job. I have experience and relieving letters, will they suffice?

you can still contact the HR department or the "main" person at the company.
