I have created the profile for express entry after creating I got a message that you are not eligible in any of the programs ...... But who scored less then me are eligible for EE .. how come ??? ..
Here is my details ..
Education....... Masters degree {india} ( as per Wes)
Ielts ........ L. 7.5
R. 7.0
S. 7.5
W. 6.5
Age .........26
Work exp. .... 1 year n 9 months as a software developer (full time) in India

What is your score under FSW program? Looks like you are at 66/100 and minimum requirement is 67/100. Either improve your IELTS or work for 3 more months then you will get additional 2 points for work experience which will make you eligible. Good luck.

There might be certain factors which relate to your friend like Canadian study, relative in Canada, Work ex, spouse etc. which gives extra points.

For example: They have relatives in Canada, who help them to get 67/100 to get into the EE pool. But then in EE, their EE score can be lower than you because they got lower score in English, less score in Education, or less Work experience than you.

*Score in FSW 100, and Score in EE 1200 are totally separate thing.
