Passport sent after 30 days period for pr stamping

Hello experts .
Please advice
We got ready for visa email on July 4th but we did not see it
We thought we will get update in cic login page
There is no update in our cic account .
Now recently I ordered gcms notes it was clearly mentioned that our cade is approved and rfv sent.
Then later we checked our mail and noticed the confirmation and sent our passports today .
Is there any chances for rejection?

As far as I know, they should receive your passports before 30 days of sending you the PPR email. They must have written it in the email you received..

So I sent a mail to CIC Ottawa saying an apology and requested passport request extension. within 24 hours I got a reply from them and the deadline is extended until Oct 4th.
I hope this information would help someone so thought to post it.
