I have studied in an American university which has campuses in many countries around the world. The campus where I studied has been closed after I have finished my study. The main campus in USA has my records and they send them to WES and I finshed the evaluation and of course the contery in the evaluation is USA. As I was filling my express entry profile they asked me to fill the country and the city where I studied, and I put my home town since I haven't been to USA. Shall I put a note about studying in a foreign campus and closing it ? If yes where is the appropriate place to do so?

Definitely include a letter of explanation (LOE) - most people include this is in the designated section for letters of explanation, but some people include the letters of explanations in the upload section relevant to the content in the letter (so in this case, they would upload it along with the educational documents). Either way, just make sure you include the letter - there are accounts on this forum of persons' applications being refused as incomplete because they didn't provide a PCC (police clearance certificate) for the country indicated in the ECA (educational credential assessment) and IRCC misunderstood and thought they had actually visited the country to complete their studies, and overlooked providing the PCC.

Where to put the LOE? Please explain
