We are in a similar situation. They requested schedule A and more photos before we managed to link our account. So we were never at the stage where they didn't need additional documents- it just went straight to 'we need additional documents...' but it's been stuck there ever since. I phoned CIC to ask if they received schedule A and the photos and they said that they definitely had Schedule A but there were no notes to say that they had the photos (I sent them together). So they sent a message to the person dealing with my case but I never heard anything back about it. I recently had a letter saying that my application was being sent to Mississauga for processing so I *assume* they have all the info they need- even though absolutely nothing has changed on either my GCKey or the CIC online site. Online Services just say that the Application was received in April and the Medical Results have been received and GCKey still says they need more info so they can process it.
What and when was the last correspondence you had from them? The only thing comforting me is that I've had some sort of correspondence from them almost monthly so I know that they haven't just stopped processing my application to wait for info that I'm not aware that they need.

Ness12, did you order GCMS notes? Have you submitted all docs such as pcc , schedule a, and pictures?

If you answer yes to both questions, you and I are in same boat. I read in other forums that for some of the people who have ordered GCMS the additional doc status has changed to more docs needed. Again I'm not sure of this pattern being the fact but it has happened to people who have possibly submitted everything they are supposed to including me.

I am waiting for an email or a note in GC key login but it has been more than 8 days and no real request. But I have to receive my notes by sep 21. I will create a case enquiry when I hit two weeks.

i just saw my account and it says we need more docs to continue processing your app. i also ordered GCMS notes. but i hsvent got GCMS notes yet (ordered on Aug 10).
you said u did case specific inquiry, is it through GCKey?

When I have tried to linked my application with my husbands A/C, it shows one application has found & it is tied with legal representative who have access in ur application.
Is it possible to linked my husband's A/C

We applied in late May for a French spouse, but got streamed to CPC-Mississauga for processing instead of Paris.

What is the citizenship of your applicant? Is the sponsor Canadian PR or citizen?
