I just want to ask if my employer can hold or even cancel my papers when I resign to my work. My status right now is that my application in now in federal/ cic and waiting for medical. Please enlighten me. Thanks in advance.
Actually this is a question I'm interested in as well. I think employer can not do anything anymore, once you have file number from cic. Do you also have Nomination from province? do You have multivisa work permit?
