Which is better 1 yr PG Diploma or 2 yrs MBA ?

Hi All,

I am planning for joining a course by Jan 2018 either 1 yr PG diploma in Project Mgmt or HRM. If it is 2 yrs PG in HRM or Bus. Mgmt. Need your suggestions as in which will have better prospects, in terms of work permit, Job and then applying for a PR over the time.
So Which is better 1 yr or 2 yrs course ?

Actually this request is for my wife. She has done her Bachelors in Engineering and has a overall work exp of 5yrs. She is working as a HR currently.

The only issue is to explain why HR after engineering. It is better if she goes for an MBA then it will be a strong case.

She is currently working as a HR and moreover not only HRM she is looking out for few courses like proj. Mgmt, International business, HRM etc.
Also Course like master of management

60-75% rejection are based on previous education history and work experience. Make a strong SOP explaining how the new course will help succeed as an HR.
