Husband details. Urgent please

Hi Good Day

Can anyone here on this forum suggest me on this issue. If i am married and want to apply for express entry....and do not include my husband as accompaying with me...do i still need to provide all his details or can i just mention him and apply for myself only with two kids.
Iam living in south africa on temporary spousal visa . And my husband is having some problem with his work permit papers so can i apply just for me and my kids. As i would be principal applicant and if i am applying all by myself making my kids accompaying me do canadian embassay still need my husband passport and documents.
Please it would b highly appreciated if anyone can explain this to me

Yes, you have to. You have to get his medicals and PCCs. And show POF. Only difference is he will not get visa. And you will get more points.

Like BreakingBad said, non-accompanying spouse is not a workaround for PCC. medicals and POF. You still have to count him

I just want to correct a misconception. When I calculate my score as single i get 469, when I add my husband it's 470 so adding a spouse doesn't necessarily decrease points

So i have to count him. I am just stuck here really.... as my inlaws here in south are creating problems for me.. and iam really in need for migrating with my two innocent kids. But husband is struggling with his status . He is out of status right now . His work permit is expired and extension is not being done so he cant provide his passport to embassay along with me.. so according to information you provided i am in no position to apply for immigration .

Ok that means proof of funds. .. im just lost. Really. Yes he can go for medical...and going to provide all funds and police report everything...just the problem is he cannot really provide his visa page or legal status to travel out of country... he is just entiltled to stay in country ..cant travel for time being. Its like a out of status situation. So i just want to clear that will he just provide the copy of his passport along with all PCC , POF and medicals..or he also have to go through same checks of legal stay in country like principal applicant .
According to situation im disappointed that i cant really apply now . M i right...i shall be highly thankful to you.

no you don't. it depends on your husband's education and english levels. Proof of funds even if non accompanying you have to count him when checking how much you need in your account before moving

I don't think they'll request hs passport if he's non accompanying. I think he'll undergo security screenings (why else would they ask for PCC after all) but I'm not sure.

Heelo, don't give up so fast, as the others have said, once CIC has is PCC, Medical and POF,, as long as he is non accompanying ...it should not be an issue, just make sure you read all CIC requires and follow steps to the latter

Don't give up so fast, as the others have said, as long as he is able to do medical, get police record and show POF,, his current status should not hinder your application. Just make sure you read all CIC requirements about express entry and follow the steps.

Thanks to all... im very thankful to all of you. People are so kind. Yes in going to apply myself with out immigration lawyers as i think i will better do it myself and they charge a lot... i am going through all CIC requirements for express entry.. thanx a lot
