Hi po sana may sumagot . dumating na po yung pre arrival na galing sa mother ko sa canada . tas may mga steps na po kung anu ang mga kelangan dalhin. Kaya lang may nabasa ako na ganito sa isang page. "Please do not send your passports to the manila office until the permanent resident status of the principal applicant in canada has been confirmed" anu po kaya ibig sabihin? Tska possible po ba mag karoon kami interview buong family?

Did your mother really received pre-arrival or PPR?

If you are your mother's dependent on her PR application, as stated on the message you quoted, you will have to wait until she gets her PR status confirmed before you can send your own passport to MVO via VAC.

it means you've passed eligibility checks...your background checks should start within the next month and will take approx 1-4 months before you receive DM

No. They have to do a background and criminality check after you are deemed eligible to be sponsored.
