Hi,

Question 6.J - Income Tax Information. If one has paid taxes for last 6 yrs, the Required to File should be "No" and Taxes filed should be "Yes". Is this selection correct?

If you have filed taxes during the last 6 years and have eventually paid taxes. Both columns Required to File and Taxes filed should be "Yes"

If I complete application in September 2017 what shoud I put in the form for the year 2017:
- nothing, just put info for other years
- required to fill YES, taxes filled NO

Any suggestions are more than welcome.

you will file tax return for 2017 in early 2018, now you have no any infor for 2017 tax. you need to check box for 2016 tax if you did file early this year, same for 2015, 2014, 2013, if you filed tax.

Yes this is correct.

yes for both, it is what i did for my application form. you worked, you are required to file tax. you did file tax return. so yes for both and for every year you enter, 4 years ok.

I have different view on it . Once you check box taxes filed yes than required to be file automatically or logically null n void. As per my understanding that option only to be click if someone has not filled return for some reasons .
