28plus calendar working days for visa proc

Hello all,
I have submitted my mother's visitor visa on August 2nd and it has been already 40 calendar days now yet I have received no response yet from immigration team in Delhi. I have dropped them several emails yet no response. If I don't receive a response in another day then I would have to cancel her tickets as she is supposed to travel this weekend ..

The processing times posted online are just estimates. It's quite possible for processing to take several months. We never recommend purchasing airline tickets until the visa has actually been approved. Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait.

All visa processing time has been increased so much now a days.
