Can we sponsor my wife's brother?

Hi, I am a Canadian citizen and I sponsored my wife in 2014. She is now a Canadian PR. In 2016 we sponsored my wifes mum and now she is a Canadian PR. I want to ask can we can sponsor my wifes brother? If so, how do we go about doing that?

Unfortunately, you can't. The brother needs to immigrate on his own.

Because that's how Canada's immigration laws work.

As explained above, your brother will have to immigrate on his own through an economic program like Express Entry.
